Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

I understand that finding and starting a new career can be challenging, and at the same time can lead to achieving your goals in terms of lifestyle, income, wealth and equity. Several years ago I was at a crossroads in my career and worked with a TES coach. The TES coach helped me to think outside the box, gain clarity in the lifestyle I was seeking, and discover new paths that could help me achieve my goals. I now enjoy coaching and helping my clients from all over North America gain self-awareness and education that can lead them to career ownership through entrepreneurship.

Work history.

I started my career as a biomedical research scientist, interested in unwinding some of the complexity of biology. After graduate school I became more independent in my research and in my career, and realized that I was fascinated with the emerging fields of high-throughput data gathering enabled by new technologies. I was recruited into a company in Silicon Valley in Northern California and became part of a support team for clients that were adopting new systems for rapid acquisition of gene and protein systems data. My main responsibilities were training sales teams and scientists in this new technology and also working with the engineers and scientists to ensure that our products were providing the results that our clients wanted. After extensive travel, mergers and acquisitions, moves and reorganizations, I knew I wanted to take control of my lifestyle, which would like require a career change. I worked with a TES coach and gained a new vision for my life, that was to settle down in a beautiful town in Central Oregon and enjoy the lifestyle that this area provides.

Coaching highlights.

I have worked with clients all over the country and I never know where our conversations are going to go. I typically work with clients for 3-6 months, or longer, before they reach some clarity in their new direction, and so this is not a race to a predicted ‘end’. I pride myself at keeping my clients’ best interest in mind, and while I may challenge them in some of their assumptions, the only decision I ask them to make is whether they would like to continue our discussion.

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”
